FRL 243 Paleography and Vocabulary in the Scandinavian Languages - 4 semester credit hours (Internet and Live Web)
This course directs students in studying the parish registers of the
countries of Scandinavia culture: Dutch, Danish, Norwegian, and Swedish.
Students should be proficient with reading the old handwriting and
understanding what is contained in records, and how to use these records
for genealogical and historical research purposes. Prerequisite: Paleography 240
