Pacific and Southeastern Asian Island countries genealogical research,
sources, methodology and case studies will be examined in this course.
Prerequisite: GEN 101, GEN 255, PHY 262, HIS 270, HIS 271. Knowledge of
language(s) used in Oceania required. This includes the island nations
of Indonesia, the Phillipines, Fiji, Tahita, New Zealand, Tongo and the
other smaller inhabited islands.
